Brendon Le Page
Head of Lambeth Music Service
Brendon Le Page’s early musical experiences were gained in South Africa, where he played trumpet in several bands and orchestras, including the SA National Youth Orchestra, and later freelancing with orchestras in Cape Town and Natal. He established the first South African National Wind Band Festival, and the South African Youth Wind Ensemble, with Frederick Fennell as the first guest conductor.

On moving to the UK, he has freelanced as a brass player, teacher and conductor, and made a CD with Cantium Winds which was heard on Classic FM and BBC TV. He has worked for Kent Music and Croydon Music Service, where he enjoyed taking various youth groups on tours to exotic countries, including Estonia, the USA and South Africa. As an active member of BASBWE, he jointly organised the National Conference in Canterbury in 1996, edited Winds Magazine for 4 years, and was the Executive Officer. In January 2006 he was appointed Head of Lambeth Music Service. He is in regular demand to give Teacher Training on basic conducting skills and whole class teaching methods throughout the UK. send an email

Gerald Sterling
Deputy Head of Lambeth Music Service
Gerald is the Deputy Head of the Music Service and his duties include the management of the Clapham Music Centre, the Myatts Field Music Centre and the Steatham Music Centre.

Kathy Hulme
Lead Tutor - Vocal
Kathy is the Lead Tutor responsible for the vocal aspects of the work that the Music Service provides. She also looks after the Additional Needs and Music Therapy provision and the MX Sing projects. Send an email

Laura Reid
Lead Tutor - Instrumental
Gill is responsible for the instrumental provision provided to schools. Specializing in the delivery of the Musitrax Band and String projects into Lambeth Schools.

Gerard was responsable for the Plug In Lambeth element of Lambeth Music Service, now responsible for instrumental provision in schools, Gerard specializes in ICT, rock and pop and the MX Jazz projects for the Music Service. send an email

Business Manager
Dan is the Business Manager for Lambeth Music Service. His work covers all the communication aspects of the Lambeth Music Service including the LMS staff, Lambeth schools and parent contact.

Bursar
Patrick is the Bursar for Lambeth Music Service, he will deal with all finance related elements in relation to schools, parents and staff. send an email

Administrative Assistant
Gisella is on hand at the LMS offices to assist in queries from schools and the public, to answer queries, administration and assisting the LMS office to run smoothly. send an email

Instrument Keeper
The Instrument Keeper maintains a stock of over a thousand instruments for Lambeth Music Service and is responsible for purchasing new instruments for use in schools. send an email

Donna is the Project Co-ordinator for In Harmony Lambeth. Her role includes community liason, media and press, communicating with In Harmony partners and project co-ordination.send an email
