| How is In Harmony teaching delivered? Children are given the opportunity to learn music and a variety of instruments in an intense, fast track programme. They have been formed into bands and orchestras and take part in projects and public performances in Stockwell, at Southbank Centre, and other venues in London. They also attend holiday music courses out of term time. |

Who is it for? The project is aimed at young children between the ages of 4 and 11 currently, but also involves older children and their whole families. Children from Lansdowne Green Estate or who attend local schools can take part. The project is currently free but children must be fully committed. Where does it happen? Classes take place in the community hall and other venues on the estate and in surrounding schools and venues. |

| How long has it been running? The project has run for two years and is continuously developing to meet the needs of the children. How can I get involved? Children can be part of this exciting project whether or not they already play a musical instrument. This high profile project will also need adult volunteers to assist with a range of activities.
