About Myatts Field Music Centre
(Saturday Centre)

Myatts Field Music Centre is located at Charles Edward Brooke School. The centre offers instrumental lessons, singing and ensembles for students in Years 5 – 9. All students have the opportunity to perform in termly concerts

Ensembles (Bands/Music Groups):
Students joining an ensemble need to meet the entry criteria for their instrument and must have instrumental lessons at MFMC or elsewhere.
The ensembles perform a variety of music including rock, pop, jazz, reggae and ska.

Instrumental Tuition:

Myatt’s Field Music Centre offers a variety of group instrumental lessons. Students who reach a more advanced level (approximately Grade 4/5) can apply for an individual lesson. We do recommend that children having an instrumental lesson also play in an ensemble which may be at MFMC or elsewhere
