Lambeth Teachers’ Choir

This is an un-auditioned choir, open to any Lambeth teacher who would like sing and perform a wide variety of songs with colleagues in an encouraging and supportive environment. The Choir continues and supports the work done during the MX Sing training, as well as exploring suitable repertoire for adults to sing and perform.While at the Teachers’ Choir you will have the opportunity to:

• study a range of repertoire from many styles and genres
• study vocal technique
• develop vocal skills that can be taken into the classroom
• try-out and learn repertoire suitable for class teaching purposes
• take part in public performances
• develop musicianship and ensemble skills
• improve your confidence in singing
