Returns Policy 
Statutory Rights:
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you receive faulty or incorrect items, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. Additionally, for online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving physical goods and receive a full refund.
Lambeth Music Service Returns Policy:
In addition to your statutory rights, Lambeth Music Service offers the following returns policy:
•    Return Period: You may return items within 28 days of delivery.
•    Return Conditions: 
o    Festival Photos/Videos: Returns are accepted for incorrect school/concert photos/videos, damaged photos/videos, or photos/videos with poor print/digital quality.
o    Tote Bags: Returns are accepted for tote bags with manufacturing defects or damage that occurred prior to receipt.
o    Digital items are none refundable unless they are incorrect.
•    Return Process: 
1.    Email lmsinfo@lambeth.gov.uk with your name, order number, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
2.    We will review your request and provide return instructions.
3.    For faulty or incorrect items, Lambeth Music Service will cover return shipping costs. For other returns, you are responsible for return shipping.
4.    Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
5.    Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
•    Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return email. We will process exchanges subject to stock availability.
•    Reduced Refunds: In cases where a returned item is damaged due to customer negligence, a reduced refund may be offered. The reduction amount will depend on the extent of the damage.
