Eepos Portal: Instructions for Parents & Carers 

 

This page provides you with instructions on how to:  

 

  1. Download the Eepos mobile application,  

  2. Where to find help with our Eepos system if needed, and  

  3. How to use the basic functions of Eepos. 

 

What is Eepos? 

 

Eepos is a management system especially designed for Music Services.  

 

The Warwickshire Music Eepos Portal provides you with secure access to information about the activities and opportunities Warwickshire Music provides for your child. Music Lessons, Music Group Membership and Instrumental Hire. Additionally, you can access your account and billing information and communicate with Warwickshire Music through direct messaging.    

 

The Warwickshire Music Eepos Portal can be used with a mobile application or through a Web Browser. The Eepos team encourages you to download and use the mobile application.

The Eepos system provides a secure user-friendly and accessible experience, providing: 

 

  1. Improved access to your child’s activity information 

  2. Direct communication with our team via web and app-based tools 

  3. Flexible payment options, including monthly and termly plans for lessons and instrument hire via your .GovPay account 

  4. Streamlined processes that help us deliver high-quality services more efficiently

How to get started with the mobile application? 

 

The Warwickshire Music Eepos App gives you real-time access to your child’s music tuition, music group activity, instrument hire and billing information, anytime and anywhere on your smart phone or tablet. 

 

You can download and install the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) depending on your device. 

 

1. Go to your device’s application store (App Store or Google Play). 

2. Search for the keyword “Eepos”, select the Warwickshire Music Eepos Application and click Install. 

3. Open the Your Eepos App. 

4. Search for your school and select the correct one. In the UK this means your Music Service (Warwickshire Music) not the actual school/location your child attends. 

5. Log in with the credentials the Warwickshire Music has provided you with. 

 

If you are an existing Warwickshire Music user and do not have login credentials, please contact Warwickshire Music at: music@warwickshire.gov.uk guidance. 

 

How to log in via a Web browser? 

 

Each Music Service will have its own Eepos address ADDRESS TBC

 

This URL can be used with most of the commonly used browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and works on both computers and mobile devices. 

 

To log in via browser, go to your own Eepos address (e.g. demo.eepos.fi).  

 

If you have been given login credentials, click ‘I have login credentials’, type in credentials Warwickshire Music has provided you with and click login. 

 

If you are an existing Brixton Hill Music Centre user and do not have login credentials, please contact Warwickshire Music at: bhmc@lambeth.gov.uk for guidance. 

 

If you are not an existing Brixton Hill Music Centre users so do not have an account or have not been provided with login credentials by Warwickshire Music, click the ‘Apply as a new student’ option and follow the onscreen prompts to enrol for tuition, music groups and instrumental hire.  

1. Login to Eepos

2. Go to the My Information page

3. Update your contact and personal information in the fields on the page

4. When the information is updated, click Update Information at the bottom of the page.

If you want to update more than one person’s information you can switch from one child to another on the right side of the page by selecting the child’s name
